The hometown of T-Bone Walker meets slow-cooked beef, pork and chicken at Blues, Bandits and BBQ. Competitive meat-smokers set up their rigs and baby their briskets all night long before the festivities. Music, barbecue tasting and beer-drinking is on Saturday from 11 a.m.-6 p.m.
