Summer Camp Guide for every Oak Cliff parent

If you want your child to have a fun summer full of awesome activities, like crafting or learning about animals and constellations, here are a few of the summer camps in the area.

1. Camp Wickiup

An outdoor camp for youth ages filled with different activities like weekly field trips and weekly swim time. Campers would spend 90% of their time engaging in fun outdoor activities. The weekly cost is $82 for YMCA members and $114 for non-members. For more information check out the Oak Cliff YMCA website.

2. AMOC Summer Creative Play Day Camp

This summer camp is offered to children of all ages, campers are taught to use their imagination and creativity to the fullest. They are involved in activities like storytelling, crafting, singing, dancing, costuming and more. The weekly cost is $250 but discounts are offered for multiple camp enrollments and siblings. 3. Starry Safari Single-Day Camps

Animals and constellations? Your child can learn how animals inspired constellations. The summer camp is offered to Pre-K through 3rd grade students from July 15-19. Cost for Dallas Zoo members is $40 and $45 for non-members. Check the Dallas Zoo website for more info and camps.
