Police say one person was shot and four were taken into custody after a shooting near W.H. Adamson High School Wednesday.
Police described the victim as a “juvenile” but didn’t say whether he or she was a student at the school.
So far, police have only released this statement:
“Preliminary information is that a juvenile was shot and the condition of the juvenile is unknown. The juvenile was transported to a local hospital by Dallas Fire Rescue. Currently there are four individuals detained. When more information becomes available, we will get it out.”
Adamson and Hector P. Garcia Middle School were on lockdown because of the shooting.
