The North Oak Cliff Library Friends are accepting entries from Oak Cliff elementary school students until 1 p.m. Saturday, May 21 for the spring 2022 essay contest.
The limit is one entry per student and they must visit the North Oak Cliff branch, located at 302 West Tenth Street, to fill out the entry form.
Based on the announcement, there is no specific topic instruction other than “have fun and be creative.”
Winners will be notified by May 23, and they will be honored at a June 4 ceremony.
