The Dallas Goethe Center, a 501(c)3 nonprofit cultural and educational organization, dedicates its services to promoting and advancing German culture and language in North Texas.

It was founded in 1965 to foster an appreciation of German art, drama, music, language, literature, history, and current affairs, and cultivate the mutual understanding between the people of German-speaking countries and those of the United States of America.

The center offers German classes to both adults and children. They relocated its classrooms to Oak Cliff and will be teaching classes on Saturdays. The courses are designed for beginners as well as advanced learners and the materials correspond to the levels of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.

The center also offers individual lessons and designs personalized courses that fit the needs and interests of a group of friends preparing for a trip to a German-speaking country or a company doing business with native German speakers.

The courses will run through December 14. More information and sign up can be found here.
