Dozens of community members attended the Sylvan-Tyler-Colorado Redesign Presentation and Listening Session on April 1st at Methodist.
$3.9 million in the 2024 bond was secured to redesign and reconstruct this dangerous intersection, which has accounted for over 46 crashes since 2020.
Residents have until April 30 to complete the survey. If you did not attend the meeting or just want a refresher, please make sure to review the presentation first to examine all three options before voting.
After determining the preferred design, staff anticipates the full design work to start in Fall 2025, the design work to be completed by Fall 2026, and construction to begin in 2027. All materials can be found on the project website here.
