Bishop Arts District’s Encina’s Blue Corn Butterscotch Pancake Mix will be available at 60 H-E-B stores across Texas beginning June 30. The “table pancakes” are made with heirloom blue corn and butterscotch chips.
“We’ve always believed in creating food that connects with the heart of our guest,” said Chef Matt Balke, co-owner of Encina in a press release. “To see something born in our kitchen make its way to shelves at H-E-B is a proud moment for our whole team.”
