The City’s payment platform DallasGo is back online as of Monday, May 18. The service was temporarily shut down due to an upgrade to the Dallas Water Utilities billing software system.

New features on the platform include self-service functions and the ability to request leak inspections and adjustments, enroll in payment plans, process moving requests and initiate meter maintenance, according to a city memo.

Existing customers with a DallasGo account will receive an activation code to link their account information with the upgraded platform. Customers who prefer not to use the DallasGo online platform may continue making payments by mail, phone, in person at Dallas City Hall or at authorized pay stations.
