The city of Dallas recently released a 351-page report called CityMap, which is supposed to be a compilation of the best ideas the city has for highways systems in Dallas.
Jim Schutze of the Dallas Observer tells a story this week of how pro-Trinity toll road members of council tried to hide a draft of CityMap, which praises the planned toll road, from anti-toll roaders, including Councilman Scott Griggs.
