Robber hits Oak Cliff pawn shop three times

village-jewelryDallas police say the same robber has hit a Fort Worth Avenue pawn shop every other month since September.

The man enters the store, waits for customers to leave and then orders employees to the back of the store, where he forces them at gunpoint to open the safe.

In the first two robberies, Sept. 9 and Nov. 10, the robber wore a cap and hoodie. But in the third robbery, Jan. 9, he wore a floppy hat. All of the robberies were between noon at 4 p.m. at Village Jewelry and Loan, 2010 Fort Worth Ave.
