Neighborhood restaurant Cliff Cafe is partnering with La Cave, owned by Kessler Park residents François and Anne Chandou, to host a six-course dinner paired with South African wines this Thursday evening. As part of the event, guests will meet Cape Classics owner Andre Shearer and expert Elizabeth Bray. Cape Classics currently represents 19 South African estates and labels.

The 7 p.m. dinner is limited to 40, but a few seats are still available for $110 per person. The Belmont Hotel is also offering a special rate of $89 for wine dinner participants who want to follow their meal with a stay at the hotel.
