Advocate Home Price Snapshot

We’ve got our six-month report on home prices in the neighborhood, with a story in the magazine and the chart with home sales prices dating to 2003. Thanks, as always, to Ron Burch at Coldwell Banker, for his help.

The news was better than it was at the end of June, and it looks like residential real estate prices may have have bottomed out in most of the neighborhoods where we do magazines. Meanwhile, ome prices increased in Oak Cliff in 2009 in three of the four zip codes where we distribute the magazine.
