Evidently, the Dallas Housing Authority was mistaken when it said 18 homeless people would move into the Cliff Manor Apartments.
The latest update is that the plan to move 100 otherwise homeless people into the Fort Worth Avenue apartments is on hold, for real, and no one from the Bridge will be moved to Cliff Manor until the housing authority works it out with neighbors.
