Restaurant talk: barbecue and enchiladas

Suddenly, there is barbecue galore on West Davis. OK, two new spots, but still. That’s two more than before. Luckie’s Smokehouse is renovating a building at Davis and Clinton, near the Kessler Theater.

And now a central Texas barbecue legacy is coming to the space at Davis and Bishop, which most recently housed Casa Blanca.

In other restaurant news, restaurateur Monica Greene has leased the former Quinn building on West Davis near Zang for a new concept called BEE.
