Oak Cliff Soup Co. launches today

The first menu for the upstart Oak Cliff Soup Co. is online. Neighborhood resident Dina Light-McNeely conceived the soup delivery service after she was laid off from her job in marketing.

The soup costs $15 for a 32-oz. jar. Order it online by Wednesday, and it can be delivered or picked up.

The first menu includes three choices: Kale, white bean and sausage; vegetarian, gluten-free creamy butternut squash; and vegan, gluten-free kale, white bean, peppers and mushrooms.
