Help Dallas Animal Services through Green Pet donations

DASGreen Pet and City Council member Delia Jasso are asking for donations to Dallas Animal Services, the city’s pet pound, because following the holidays, “animal shelters are hit particularly hard by an influx of surrendered pets and strays,” according to a media release.

Drop donations, beginning today, at Green Pet in the Bishop Arts District. Members of the Elmwood Neighborhood Association will deliver the donations to the shelter weekly.

Here is a list of things the shelter needs:

Catnip
Cat toys
Dog biscuits
Rawhide chips
Peanut butter
Pipe cleaners
Mesh laundry bags
Bath or hand towels
Bandanas
