The new Summer Adventures — where you can ride the midway, visit the museums and roam the Fair Park grounds — is offering a family day for $89 and will stay open late, until 10 p.m. July 4.

The Cotton Bowl festivities start at 4:30 and are free on a first-come first-serve basis. Here is the full schedule:

4:30 – 11:30 p.m.

Wristbands for Cotton Bowl entry available at information booths while supplies last
4:30 – 5:45 p.m.
Performance by Quiver (acoustic/rock band)
6:30 – 7:30 p.m.
Performance by Havana NRG (salsa/merengue band)
7 p.m.
Gates D and E open to Cotton Bowl (handicap entrance at Gate C)
8 p.m.
Dallas Wind Symphony patriotic performance in front of the Hall of State
9:30 p.m.
Fireworks program (Limited seating for fireworks is inside Cotton Bowl on first-come, first-served basis, wristband required)
10 – 11:15 p.m.
Performance by Motion (party dance band)
