Bolsa has a new chef in Andrew Bell, who takes over that kitchen Nov. 1. at Nosh Euro Bistro and, more recently, the Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek, and he will create new brunch at dinner menus at Bolsa. Bolsa’s previous chef, Jeff Harris, is moving to Consilient restaurant group’s upcoming AF+B in Fort Worth.
