Restaurant roundup: New Bolsa chef, best muffins, Luck opens, pies defined

Zoli'sPizzaGraphicBolsa has a new chef in Andrew Bell, who takes over that kitchen Nov. 1. at Nosh Euro Bistro and, more recently, the Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek, and he will create new brunch at dinner menus at Bolsa. Bolsa’s previous chef, Jeff Harris, is moving to Consilient restaurant group’s upcoming AF+B in Fort Worth.

Bolsa Mercado and Rush Patisserie have some of the best blueberry muffins in Dallas.

Luck opened this last week at Trinity Groves, and they have 40 local beers on tap.

Cane Rosso and Zoli’s (which is featured in the November Advocate) produce so many types of wonderful pies that they’ve created a graphic to explain them all.
