Rametria Smith: Kim Leeson
The January Advocate includes an interview with Sunset High School band director Rametria Smith, who has revived the school’s band program over the past eight years. It seems the band even has caught up to multiple battle of the bands champions Townview high school, which for the first time ever, came in second to Sunset in the Dallas High School Battle of the Bands in October.
