Should Clarendon beer barn’s permit be renewed?

cliff-stopThe permit that allows for the operation of a drive-through beer barn at the Cliff Stop Clarendon at Hampton expires in a few weeks.

The owner has applied for a renewal of the specific use permit that allows this type of alcohol sales. City Council will consider the request soon.

Those who own property nearby should be receiving notifications of the request, and they will have 21 days to reply in favor or opposition.

Anyone living outside the notification area can offer their opinion by emailing Neva Dean in the city’s Sustainable Development and Construction Department or calling 214.670.4209.
