The fifth-annual Good Space Dash For the Beads raised $22,500 for Oak Cliff public schools and Promise House, a nonprofit that serves homeless and at-risk youth.

About 1,800 runners participated in the March event that drew about 2,400 people to Kidd Springs Park.
