The company that spurred redevelopment of the former Dallas West Mobile Home and RV Park on Fort Worth Avenue has purchased the Oak Farms Dairy plant near the Jefferson Viaduct.

Oak Farms parent company Dean Foods announced in April it would close the plant and move production to the Schepp’s plant near Fair Park.

Cienda Partners has purchased the property, according to the Dallas Morning News.

Not many details are available yet, but after purchasing the West Dallas trailer park, Cienda sold the property to Wood Partners, which is developing a high-end apartment complex there.

Could another high-end apartment complex be in store for Oak Farms?
