The Lofts at Sylvan Thirty, apartments at the mixed-use development on Fort Worth Avenue at Sylvan, will range from $875-$2,725.
The smallest apartment comprises 592 square feet, and overall the units will lease for around $1.40 per square foot.
The apartments are still under construction but are expected to be available for move in this summer.
Here is a description of the finish outs, from leasing company Greystar:
“…granite counter tops, wood-style plank flooring, urban concrete, frieze carpet and espresso wood cabinetry with stylish chrome hardware. All homes also feature spacious walk-in closets and private patios or Juliette balconies.”
There’s also a pool, gym, concierge and clubhouse with a full kitchen.
