newsA guy whose adverse real estate acquisitions are preying on property owners and buyers in low-income neighborhoods, including some in Oak Cliff, has avoided prosecution from Dallas County.

The owners of Oil & Cotton, Shannon Driscoll and Kayli House Cusick, made the 100 Dallas Creatives list.

This guy led police on a high-speed chase through our neighborhood Monday.
