The owners of Ten Bells Tavern snapped up the space formerly occupied by Amsterdam Bar, the Exposition Park hangout that closed recently. They are planning to open a similar concept to Ten Bells, which is called Eight Bells Alehouse.

Chef Omar Flores and sommelier Omar Flores and Jessica Kate Martinez of Casa Rubia give a presentation about sherry March 19. Hibiscus chef Graham Dodds, who lives in Oak Cliff, offers a charcuterie presentation with sous chef Nick Ocando.
