Photos: The flooded Trinity River and weird skies

No one likes a little rain more than I do, but this is out of control.

Down in the Hill Country, the flooding has been horrific. And we are afraid Houston might be under water again.

It’s not that bad in Oak Cliff. Here it’s just weird. When we’re not rehoming dogs who’ve runaway in thunderstorms, we are considering side businesses as snail purveyors. There are types of mosquitoes we’ve never seen before. There is mold growing on our mold.

Also, the Trinity River flooded over the weekend to about 40 feet. The sun sometimes shines while it’s thundering. And last night, the sky turned yellow.

Here are the best photos we could find of this bizarre weather weekend.
