Wine shop moving to Bishop Arts

The auto paint store on West Davis and Madison closed, and a wine shop is opening there.

Wine Poste is relocating to Bishop Arts from the Design District, according to Culturemap. The retailer, which has been in business for about two years, also offers events and online sales.

The owners are renovating the space at 246 W. Davis and expect to open in the next couple of weeks. In addition to bottles of wine for retail sale, they plan to offer wine by the glass.

Probably one day, but they own their building, so they are masters of their own destiny. Probably just do what Safety Glass did a while back and wait until a good enough offer comes along to make a move worth their time.

I wonder if the funeral home next door plans to relocate anytime soon.
