Gaming culture in our neighborhood is thriving thanks to two new stores, Red Pegasus Games and Comics and Oak Cliff Games.
We profiled the two shops, each of which has its own niche, in the July Advocate. And our photo editor, Danny Fulgencio, also came away with this photo essay from his time in them.
By the way, the owners of Red Pegasus, Kenneth Denson and Gabriel Mendez-Denson, were one of the first gay couples to marry in Dallas, and the note they left outside their shop on the day the U.S. Supreme Court made same-sex marriage legal nearly broke the Internet.
