At least five water mains broke throughout our neighborhood Thursday, leaving streets flooded and many neighbors without water. Bolsa Mercado had to close for the day because the water was out.
A man was robbed and shot in the 2800 block of West Davis, between Plymouth and Westmoreland, around 2 a.m. Sunday. The man was taken to the hospital. No one has been arrested in the crime.
The Uber driver accused of raping and Oak Cliff woman who was his passenger had a fraudulent limo drivers license and should not have been authorized to drive for the service.
