Pink Magnolia, the upcoming restaurant from chef Blythe Beck and Kitchen LTO owner Casie Caldwell, put up a new sign with the tagline “where company comes to dine.” It looks like the restaurant, which is expected to open in September, also is getting more square footage by enclosing the patio.
This poor guy. Tacos Chanos has been open for years across the street. Why do good restaurants seem always to fail in this building on Jefferson at Tyler? The most recent one, Los Herrera Cafe, is closed.
BB Bop, the Korean fast casual restaurant from Winnetka Heights husband-and-wife business partners Greg and Sandy Bussey, is under construction on West Davis between Tyler and Vernon. It looks like the building could be getting a rear patio as well.
