Adamson Foundation to award $44,000 in scholarships

Fifteen graduating seniors from W.H. Adamson High School will receive scholarships of $2,000-$6,000.

The scholarships, totaling $44,000, will be awarded in a ceremony May 25.

Since its inception in 1947, the Adamson High School Scholarship Foundation has awarded $1.6 million in scholarships. It began with a $200 donation from a teacher and has grown to $1.8 million.
