Police seek Bishop Arts shoplifter

The Dallas Police Department is looking for a man caught on camera shoplifting form a Bishop Arts District boutique.

The man, pictured above, entered the store in the 300 block of North Bishop on the morning of Tuesday, April 26, “pretending to be a customer,” according to police.

The man returned awhile later and shoplifted merchandise.
