A woman driving her car in the 400 block of East Colorado, near Lake Cliff Park, was struck by a stray bullet around noon Wednesday, the Dallas Police Department reports.
Witnesses told police the gunshot came from a yellow Dodge pickup truck with black stripes. The truck fled and turned south on Blaylock, near Lake Cliff Park.
The woman’s friend, a passenger in the car, drove her to Methodist hospital, where she was in stable condition.
