Man shot to death on Kiest

The Dallas Police Department is looking for information in the shooting death of a man in the 3400 block of Kiest early Thursday morning.

Police responded to a shooting just west of Westmoreland around 1 a.m. and found a man lying on the ground with gunshot wounds. He was taken to the hospital, where he died. Police hadn’t yet identified the victim.

Anyone with information on this crime is asked to contact the Dallas Police Department, 214.671.3361 or offer an anonymous tip to Crime Stoppers, 214.373.8477.  Crime Stoppers is offering up to $5,000 for information that leads to arrest and indictment in this case.

This is one of four murders in the Dallas in the past week.
