Commerce Street Night Market

The Wild Detectives has a dance party starting at 7:30 p.m. Saturday with Los Mosaicos, the Denton-based band that plays Peruvian chicha, which is a lot like cumbia.
The Unitarian Universalist Church of Oak Cliff hosts “Vaudeville Night” at 7:30 p.m. Saturday. It consists of a variety of unrelated acts, including circus freaks and live music.
Sylvan Thirty hosts an end-of-summer party Sunday. Operation Kindness will be there with adoptable pets, and there will be drinks, treats, live music, games and more.
