Body found on construction site near Rosemont

Dallas Police Department officers found the body of a homicide victim Sunday on a construction site near Rosemont Elementary and St. Cecilia Catholic Church.

Police responded to a homicide at 10:40 a.m. Sunday and found a Latino male “deceased from homicidal violence” on a construction site at 1900 Kessler Heights Lane. That’s where David Weekley Homes is building 54 high-end houses.

The man had no identification. Homicide detectives are investigating.
