The driver of a motorcycle died around 11 p.m. Wednesday when he crashed with a Hummer on Westmoreland at Illinois.
Police said the motorcyclist was speeding southbound on Westmoreland, according to this Dallas Morning News report. The driver of the Hummer failed to yield to him while turning left, westbound onto Illinois.
Ramiro Rivera, 33, died at the scene. The driver of the Hummer, who is 29, has not been named, and no charges had been filed against them.
