Tattoo could identify man found in Fivemile Creek

The Dallas Police Department released images of a man’s tattoo that they hope will help someone identify him.

A foul odor led someone to find the man floating in Fivemile Creek around midday on Aug. 15.

The man still hasn’t been identified. His body was decomposed, and it’s unclear how he died. The man was between 28-50 years old and had this skull tattoo with a spiral on its forehead on his left shoulder.

Anyone with information that could help identify this man should call Detective J. Loeb, 214.671.3702. Anonymous tips may be given to Crime Stoppers, 213.373.8477, which is offering a $5,000 reward for information that leads to a felony indictment in this case.
