Barbecue in a taco is a righteous thing.
Tacos Mariachi on Singleton, which was featured recently on Food Network’s “Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives,” teamed up with One90 Smoked Meats in Lake Highlands to bring you what they’re calling “the perfect brisket taco.”
The taco has a flour tortilla, avocado mousse, brisket, jalapeño glaze, pico de gallo and cotija cheese.
It will be available as the Wednesday special at Tacos Mariachi and One90 Smoked Meats beginning April 4.
