Americana/bluegrass band Over the River performs a free show at The Foundry Friday at 9 p.m.

The annual Speed Bump Art Tour is from noon-6 p.m. Saturday, May 19. It’s a free self-guided tour of 12 studios in Oak Cliff.

The Wild Detectives hosts a live storytelling event based on the theme “That’s what she said.” starting at 7 p.m. Saturday.

The Texas Theatre screens “Giant,” the “most Texas movie of all time,” at 2:30 p.m. Sunday. Author Don Graham will be on hand to introduce the film and sign copies of his new book, “GIANT: Elizabeth Taylor, Rock Hudson, James Dean, Edna Ferber and the Making of a Legendary American Film.”
