Police arrested a 22-year-old man Sunday morning after a crash that killed a bicyclist on West Davis at Tyler.

Sergio Colunga-Ramirez was arrested and charged with intoxication manslaughter.

The 29-year-old cyclist, who has not been identified, was westbound on Davis and ran the light at Tyler at about 1:45 a.m., according to police. Colunga-Ramirez came through the light at Tyler, speeding and with his headlights off, KXAS reports. He hit the cyclist, who was pronounced dead at Methodist hospital.

Another cyclist was killed by a car two weeks ago in Grand Prairie. And a reckless driver died Friday morning and injured three people after striking a DART bus at high speed.
