Dallas County unloads 3 acres on Beckley at Interstate 30

Dallas County put seven properties on the market recently, including 2.9 acres on Beckley Avenue.

The parcel, at the southeast corner of Beckley at Interstate 30, is zoned as a “low-intensity district” known as RTN. That means it’s open to development of single-family homes and duplexes.

The county also is selling a 29,600-square-foot office building in Red Bird.
