Northwest Arkansas is breathless over the possibility of recruiting two twin brothers from Oak Cliff to the Razorbacks.
Twins Jai and Jalen Jones are sophomores at South Oak Cliff High School. But they’ve added the University of Arkansas to their list of scholarship offers, which also includes Texas A&M, Baylor, Louisiana Tech, Bowling Green State and Alabama A&M.
This story about the Arkansas offer says the boys shared a bedroom their whole lives until this year. They are inseparable and say there’s no doubt they will attend the same college.
The Jones brothers also play baseball, and their dad, J.J. Jones, was a University of Arkansas linebacker.
They say they’ve dreamed of playing for Arkansas since they were little kids.
