Dallas imported superstars from two other cities to run big swaths of this town.

Dallas Police Chief Renee Hall came from Detroit in September 2017, and City Manager T.C. Broadnax arrived from Tacoma, Washington, in February of that year.

Hear what they have to say about our neighborhood at the Oak Cliff Chamber of Commerce’s annual membership meeting, “State of Oak Cliff Update,” Thursday, Dec. 6.

The meeting, from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. at Dallas Baptist University, costs $50 for members and $60 otherwise. Register here.
