Ritas & Queso delivers margaritas, queso and other Tex-Mex dishes, CultureMap reports.
Julian Barsotti and Glen Collins developed Ritas & Queso. Barsotti tested the idea to help restaurant workers displaced due to the coronavirus by having them work at The Food Company’s catering kitchen. The concept started as a pop-up but turned into a business.
Two “kits” are available. The $55 Standard contains half a gallon of a frozen or rocks Jug-O-Ritas, 16 ounces of queso, 8 ounces of salsa and chips. The $75 Family Meal contains all of that plus enchiladas.
