Longtime Oak Cliff business Ann’s Health Food Center plans to open a 2,000-square-foot store on North Tyler Street next month.
The space, at 411 N. Tyler, is the former home of Growth Life Studio.
Ann’s general manager Ryan Munchrath says he expects the store to soft open on April 1.
This outpost of Ann’s, which opened its original location on Zang Boulevard in the 1980s, isn’t a grocery store. It will sell Ann’s best-sellers in supplements and body care with a small snacks and drinks section. They hope to find enough space to include a grab-and-go meal fridge.
Ann’s opened a small grocery store on Red Bird Lane last year. Their two large stores are still open on Zang and in Waxahachie.
