Help is needed to identify a man who committed a lewd sexual act in a restaurant in Oak Cliff earlier this month, while a child was present.
Police say it happened at about 4:20 p.m. on April 11 at a Chinese buffet on Hampton Road.
He is described at 6-f00t-1 and about 350 pounds, and he was seen driving a black Ford Expedition.
