The craftsmen at Oak Cliff Brewing Co. get wild once in awhile with what they call “one-off Wednesdays,” and this week’s batch is Airheads-flavored beer.
Here’s how they made it, according to an Instagram post:
We got all of the Blue Raspberry Airheads and packed them into our base beer Paleta Weiss, for a blue raspberry packed pucker that you’re not going to want to miss out on.
It’s available starting at 4 p.m. today, and once the keg is gone, it’s gone.
The brewery’s other Wednesday concoctions have included a blueberry pancakes-inspired brew and a cherry/vanilla black lager that customers ran through in three hours.
