A 17-year-old Adamson High School student died in an accidental shooting on South Storey Street Friday night, police say.
The Dallas Police Department charged a 16-year-old in the death of Chadrick Good.
The shooter, whose identity has not been released, has been charged as a juvenile. Police say Good was sitting in the front passenger seat of an SUV at about 7:25 p.m., and the shot came from the backseat.
Good was a varsity basketball player at Adamson.
