The event, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. July 16-18 at Highland Park High School, is sponsored by Vista Bank and provides a day of “exposure” for athletic skills, similar to the NFL Regional Combine.

Athletes can receive personal instruction from collegiate and NFL coaches, and players and their families are invited to hear from local executives who could help them on and off the field.

“Camp Exposure is specifically an opportunity for high school football players with next-level (Division One / NFL) talent, who reside in the Oak Cliff/South Dallas region, as well as the DFW metroplex at-large,” a Camp Exposure media release states. “The experience gives them a platform to enhance their football talents, get recognition from scouts, cultivate their life skills and develop their character as young men.”

Camp Exposure is a nonprofit founded by two former Carter High School football players, Jeremiah Hatch and Lubbock Smith III, and their fellow University of Kansas teammate, Tyler Patmon, who also played several seasons in the NFL, including one with the Dallas Cowboys.
